Manufactured from high quality materials, V-Coil inserts provide high strength internal threads that resist the effects of temperature and corrosion.
Their unique design ensures superior threads whose compound performance cannot be reproduced by any other single fastening thread insert and because of their compact size they can be incorporated info existing designs where no previous provision has been made.
Two types available, solid stainless steel sleeve inserts and Inconel X750 wire thread inserts. Both are 9mm in length.
The solid insert is used as a sleeve on the sensor once the new thread has been cut. The wire insert is used as a traditional insert to be inserted into the new thread by using the cleanup tap/insert tool (M18x1.5 LSN Tap)

Three kits available, each kit includes 10 inserts and the M18x1.5 cleanup tap/insert tool and the M20x1.5 tap for making the new thread. 19102 includes 10 wire thread inserts 19104 inclused 5 wire thread inserts and 5 solid sleeve inserts 19106 includes 10 solid sleeve inserts
