V-Coil Metric Thread Repair Insert Workshop Kits

Manufactured from high quality chromium nickel stainless steel, V-Coil inserts provide high strength internal threads that resist the effects of temperature and corrosion.

Their unique design ensures superior threads whose compound performance cannot be reproduced by any other single fastening thread insert and because of their compact size they can be incorporated info existing designs where no previous provision has been made.

Workshop kits are supplied in a tough flip top case with a tap, drill, insert tool and tang break tool per thread size. Each size in the kit is supplied with 25 1.5D V-coil inserts (10 on M12 & M14).

M5-M12 sizes: M5x0.8, M6x1.0, M8x1.25, M10x1.5, M12x1.75
M6-M10 sizes: M6x1.0, M8x1.25, M10x1.5
M6-M14x1.25 NP sizes: M6x1.0, M8x1.25, M10x1.5, M12x1.75, M14x1.25 (tap and inserts only on M14)
M6-M14x1.25 PT sizes: M6x1.0, M8x1.25, M10x1.5, M12x1.75, Spark Plug M14x1.25 (tap and inserts only on M14)
